To ensure the safety of the community, the University of Texas at Dallas is unable to hold traditional graduation ceremonies this spring. However, knowing the determination and perseverance it takes to earn a degree, the School of Arts and Humanities would like to recognize its students who are earning degrees this month. First, the School would like to highlight its doctoral graduates for spring 2020: Eman Bahjat Al-Habashneh (Literature), Kent Lewis Boyer (Humanities), Kerry Goldman (Humanities-History of Ideas), Kimberly A. Greenough-Hodges (Humanities-Aesthetic Studies), Sahalie Saecker Hashim (Humanities-History of Ideas), Thomasina A. Hickman (Humanities), Jacquelyn Delin McDonald (Humanities-Aesthetic Studies), Michael Glyn Schraeder (Visual and Performing Arts), Fatemeh Tashakori (Humanities-Aesthetic Studies), Shawn Varghese (Humanities-History of Ideas) and John Patrick Williams (Humanities-History of Ideas). In addition, A&H soon will be posting an online tribute to all of its graduates – those receiving bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees this spring. Graduating students should contact Dr. Kimberly Hill , to get a release form, which should be returned, along with a photograph, the student’s degree, a list of any departmental honors they received and (if applicable) the title of their master’s thesis or dissertation.
