The axh Initiative

axh Sparks Interdisciplinary Collaborations

The axh Initiative at the Bass School supports interdisciplinary creative work and research through faculty grants, public programs, and collaborative working groups. By bringing together students, faculty, and the broader community, axh helps explore critical issues of our time while strengthening the Bass School’s vibrant intellectual and creative ecosystem.

The axh Initiative reflects the Bass School’s commitment to creativity, originality, collaboration, and the integration of scholarly research and artistic practice.

axh Faculty Research Grants

axh faculty research grants support collaborative projects that bring together faculty, students, and the broader community. These grants encourage creative work, performance, and research, and often serve as a starting point for larger projects and future external funding. Funding applications open in the fall each year. Contact the Dean’s Office with any questions.
