After a series of job talks and interviews, the School of Arts and Humanities is pleased to welcome three new faculty members, beginning this fall. Dr. Laura Kim (left), who earned her PhD in intermedia art, writing and performance (IAWP) from the University of Colorado Boulder has been appointed assistant professor of global performance studies. Dr. Maurine Ogbaa (middle), who recently earned her PhD in English literature from the University of Houston, will serve as assistant professor of literature, with a specialization in creative writing. Dr. Songyao Ren (right) will be an assistant professor of philosophy and History of Ideas. She recently earned her PhD in philosophy from Duke University.
