Professional Services
Operations
Oversees infrastructure development within campus environments, integrating advanced technologies and transforming spaces to meet the evolving needs of faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities include building services such as access control, office assignments, and renovations, as well as supporting art installations and collection management.
Productions
Provides technical support for a wide range of events, from academic presentations to theatrical performances. With expertise in stage management, audio engineering, lighting, and set design, the team ensures seamless execution in venues such as the ATC Lecture Hall, JO Performance Hall, Theatre, and mobile events.
Technology
Supports faculty, staff, and students by maintaining classroom and office hardware and software, managing equipment checkouts, researching emerging technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing broad support for the campus technology infrastructure.
