The Mograph Lab is a new space for the study and exploration of motion design. Motion graphics, also known as motion design, is the combination of animation and graphic design principles, used to enhance the meaning and understanding of visual communication messaging. Motion designers use a variety of animation tools and techniques, working with both 2D and 3D imagery, typography, photography, sound, video, etc., to create original projects that are both creative and expressive.
The lab invites the participation of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and external enterprises looking to expand their marketing and branding messaging.
