Foreign Languages

We offer undergraduate students a wide variety of language and culture courses in the following areas:

• Arabic
• Chinese
• French
• German
• Japanese
• Korean
• Spanish

Students who wish to enroll should take a language placement assessment.

Further Academic Opportunities

The Bass School offers a BA in Literature with a concentration in Spanish, as well as a Minor in Spanish and a Minor in Asian Studies.

In addition to a wide variety of course offerings, The University of Texas at Dallas offers many study abroad opportunities. Students are encouraged to see the International Center and their academic advisor if they are interested in studying abroad.
