The Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, & Technology at The University of Texas at Dallas and the University’s Center for Asian Studies (CAS) hosted the acclaimed 21st Century Asian American novelist and poet Dr. Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni for a lecture on India’s turbulent struggle for independence.

Through lectures and a temporary installation, The Ackerman Center for Holocaust Studies at The University of Texas at Dallas and the international human rights organization Yahad-In Unum will highlight genocidal practices from World War II until today.

UT Dallas students reentered campus on Jan. 17 to kick off the Spring 2024 semester.

Students enrolled in classes at The Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology met with members of the Bass School communications team to share their goals and inspirations.

Approximately 200 undergraduate and graduate students celebrated their scholarship pursuits during the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology commencement ceremony and the University’s doctoral hooding ceremony last December.
